We believe in the vital and irreplaceable role of the church in every community around the world. While we invest in housing, working with churches is part of our reinvestment into individuals, families, and communities.

The Problem

According to the government Administration on Aging, the percentage of Americans 65 and older is expected to double over the next few decades surpassing the 100 million mark. The housing market is not ready for this demographic tsunami, and unless we begin to prepare now, countless seniors will be left without adequate and affordable places to live. We want to help.

The Solution

What if your unused land could be used to meet the housing needs of a rapidly growing Boomer demographic, provide an incredible ministry opportunity for your congregation, and produce a recurring income stream for your church? We believe ministry and community development can go hand-in-hand, and we have over two decades of success to prove it.
